Love Parades Men Like Cartoons
Nothing but loving a woman
Parades men’s minds the same.
The eye of a king to a woman,
The eye of a slave to a woman
All look with the same intensity.
Nothing but wanting a woman
Parades men’s minds the same.
The rich who is crazy for love,
The poor who dies for love
All behave madly
Like twins of the same womb.
Nothing but a need for a woman
Parades men’s minds the same.
A monk who clasps his hands on the bed,
A sinner who embrace a woman
All dream the same event
And passing the night the same.
Nothing but a pride with a woman
Parades men’s minds the same.
A genius who lectures on psychology,
A cobbler who only mends shoes
All behave like cartoons on the bed.
Love parades men like the cartoons
And libido,
Arises madness,
Obscures wisdom,
Making the higher and the lower
Just human beings
A species akin to apes.
