Love Our Children

Love our children
When you look down
At the sleeping baby on your lap
There lies the greatest blessing on earth
Future of the world
There lies a beautiful mind
That neither hates nor envies
There lies a heart
Pure as the diamonds of earth
Love them more dearly
Than you value pennies and coins
For the carefree baby on you lap
Is this world's salvation

This is a great poem. I share the same sentiments about loving children. These little ones are certainly the future leaders...thanks for your thoughts on this one.
