Love of a Real Woman
I need the love of a real woman, not these social media girls
Life's hard enough, I need a woman who'll make it an easier world
Someone who'll challenge me, inspire me and give me a hug at the end of the day
I need a real woman who'll battle anything with me that comes our way
I've hid most of the pain I've known lately
I'm tired of shallow girls, I need a grown lady
Someone who knows what she wants and won't settle
Someone who accepts we're both equal and on the same level
I've been hurt too many times, I need tender loving care
A man is always better when he has a strong woman there
The younger me was shallow and thought it was all about bodies and sex
Now I want someone to talk with daily when I never used to reply to a text
There's no me or you, it's we or nothing
I need a woman who'll challenge me while being loving
I need hugs at the end of stressful days
I hope we can handle our arguments in a respectful way
The past won't stop me finding the woman I wish to share my future with
We're grown enough to know it doesn't matter about who we used to kiss
I don't know when she'll arrive, but I'll be ready
I need the love of a real woman, and no baggage will be too heavy
I need the love of a real woman, not these social media girls
Life's hard enough, I need a woman who'll make it an easier world
Someone who'll challenge me, inspire me and give me a hug at the end of the day
I need a real woman who'll battle anything with me that comes our way
