Love Needs To Be Nurtured

Love needs at least sixty-five thousand words Because her feelings go into so many directions Ending up sometimes in the wrong places, Turning into another feeling entirely Jealousy is not love Control? Certainly not Love needs to be released from her cave. She needs to be nurtured and enlightened. She needs to be pampered and stroked. For if she loses her sparkle, If her butterflies fly away, If the faeries leave Love loses her magic. So take the love you have and nurture it. If it starts to wane, remind yourself of all the times you truly felt loved. Remember the best days, rejoice that you have had them, Take your love and twirl it, Watch it dance a happy dance.
