Love, Life and Happiness
LOVE, LIFE AND HAPPINESS
Oh how demurely does love begin for all to see
That we may ponder and worry about it so
And how tenuous it seems as it begins to grow
We wonder is it strong enough as it stands to survive
Life’s brittle highways of life or fall at the first fence
Oh what agony we put ourselves through on this journey
To make our love formutable for us
As we know that our life will be bereft
Without them there by our side forever
Because what we need are immutable time ahead
As we give ourselves an interlude to decide
That they are the one person we want
To be with forever and a day
So we will propose that one question in life
Scared as we might be to ask it
That could bring us untold happiness
We have the answer to that deed that brings us such joy
And so we can sketch our life ahead of our happy ever after
With such bemusement and happiness and joy that life will bring
