Love Is Not Love

LOVE IS NOT LOVE

We never talked cos we were far
I only knew there was someone but not you
All through my teen days, I've always imagined
What my first love will look like

And here you are, in my world
My heart deceives but my spirit is sincere
It all started when we parted
I knew there was something but not it

The moment I felt the feelings
I've never felt before, I knew it was it
Could this be it? Am I really...?
My questions were incomplete cos
My feelings were confused

My emotions took charge
I wanted complete answers
To my incomplete questions but no one
Understood my questions since I don't also.

I had answers to unknown questions
But my questions remained unanswered
Let's just say i'm insane and the other, the sane
I think he knows but I don't

There is a crazy thing in between
That thing I don't know
I found answers the day I had answers
Lust love; lost love

The difference is clear but
My emotions blurred it
No one ever told me that
That thing called love is not love.
Love is other things but not itself.
