Love Is Not Blind

Love is not blind

As a child I heard love is blind
I did not understand
Later I felt love is not blind
I felt it hurt
As a partner I gave time and
I enjoyed love time

Later case changed being irony
I asked why you blamed
I knew love can ram
Still I feel love was not blind
if it was so how it hit being unkind

Moment past days gone shadowed
when love turns back being memory
It hurts like burning gun
Heart ponders, breath wonders
Mind asks how blind then!

Love is not blind, walks with seeking chance
It is not current of smooth river
Leaves behind two edges of erosion
Only bridges over it can gap by seizures
So love is faith only faith till you come by

Countless events of love in past dead
In present it winds with wind no sides
Future is climax of imagination will be
Then love is not blind but roams as life
Compile it combine it into the core of heart

Then waves of peace and bliss it bores
Proof of its being strong always
There is heart there is heart
A calm response always, a cheer welcome
To feel put hands in heart, love is not blind.

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.

I think the whole of the poem is good, but especially the first stanza. In a way it says it all:)
