Love Is

Love is never saying you're sorry
Because you're never wrong
It's nothing like the words they sing
In someone's stupid song

Love is looking in the mirror
Each morning with a grin
Waiting for the compliments
She gives you to begin

Love is when she says her mother
Has suddenly disappeared
She must have been an alien
Like everyone had feared

Love is supper on the table
Whenever I get home
Football on the big screen
While watching on the throne

Love is a woman who is ready
To always understand
She'll love you just the way you are
Cause you are just the man
