Love Inside the Love
Oceans of trees roll to the coastline
Clean white sails go soft on tiny boats
Blow on the waves of blue
From high up on jagged cliffs rough edge
Over the mountain view are seen
A blanket of pines waving us on
Laughter grows as we go to the valley
Fragile, brightly colored figures hold on
As the sun comes down from heaven
Blessing every flower petal with warmth
Reproductive powers within their reach
Focused on eternity at their center
As charming as they can be at birth
Spinning yellow birds dart through branches
Their songs echo down the mountain path
Give measured beauty in the company they keep
Inviting us to join the winds of life
To take a deep breath with God
And live happily ever after there
