Love In the Seasons

Love is like spring
Timelessly born to blossom
Feelings soon emerge
Waiting to be re-chosen
	Love is like summer
Heat is inevitable
The path to our galaxy
The sun’s scorching radiance
	Love is like Autumn
Does it wither in the wind?

We close our hearts slowly
And preserve temptations wholly
	Love is like winter
Hands begin to clasp
Shoulders knock with shoulders
Kisses lead to roses
Winter’s rather dreary
Love is its sole balm
Soothing takes to remedy
Emotions overflow
