Love In the Night
In the dark of night, under the stars
My lover is nestled in my arms.
Breathing softly, our fingers entwine-
I feel his love; he feels mine.
In the dark of night under silvery moon
He wants to take me—I'll let him soon.
Fingers like velvet touch my skin:
This feels like heaven or glorious sin.
In the dark of night, dawn drawing nigh
I rest on his heart, and softly sigh.
Our bodies spent with sated love,
We blissfully dream with the stars above.
