Love In a Moulded Shrine
Love in a Moulded Shrine
I paint her picture with rainbow feathers
adorn the hours with moments of care
like birds in a nest, built high above,
we treasure the union of binding love
with constant nibbles, and constant bites
echoes of laughter late into night
her voice of silk like honey sweet
she hums to a melody of notes that meet
as wine of taste and age mature
we pause for seconds to explore
an eve of passion, an eve of pleasure
with eyes reflecting, a starlight shine,
a memory cast in a moulded shrine
