Love Given No Chance
I told you my feelings were strong.
You told me the time was wrong.
But for you, I do still long.
There are so many things I’d like to say.
But it never seems to be the right time of day.
I weep, I cry, I wish I would have had the courage to just say goodbye.
Every time I see you it hurts.
The time I spend with you makes me feel like dirt.
Every now and then you seem to flirt.
You keep me so mystified.
I just can’t seem to open my eyes
You are still my biggest prize
