Love Found
You gave me hope when I was down,
you brought comfort when I was tired;
you never failed to cheer me up
when I was lonely and sad.
You guided me when I was lost,
you made me feel safe and needed;
you did not listen to what they said,
you only listened to me.
And I am very glad to be with you now,
glad to be a permanent part of your life;
you came just when I needed a friend,
you made me smile again.
Through all the uncertain moments,
you were always standing by me;
in all those times of indecision,
you made me firm and strong.
