Love Finds Us Without Having To Try
We go through life believing
That love will be there receiving us
You put your best feelings forward
In hopes of achieving life's ultimate high
Trying not to let life's precious moments pass us by
Catching up with the up rest
It's just one big test
As many of us can attest
It only adds to the whole mess
Though many of us bring on the stress
Still left holding a guess
Instead of recognizing
It's all about understanding
By keeping our focus on her eyes
Not the approach when she walks by
This will Relay that you both are on the same page
And we would never want them in a cage
No, we set them free to be
The person they choose to let us see
This is when you will witness them fly
When there love is released to kiss the sky
Always being able to look them in the eyes
Then you will see that love finds you
Without having to try
If you want them to notice
That you're the right guy
Looking them straight in the eyes
Then you will see
What reflects off the twinkle from the high
Then relax smile and look deep into her soul
When you say hi
This way when your hearts collide
You know there is real love on the other side
Then you too will be able to testify
Love finds you without having to try
