Love Extends!
Love takes us
To a better place
To another realm
Into outer space
Some time when we find that love
That takes us there
We suspend life
And our partner does not care
That is when
We dream love
Not live love
Because dreams give us all
Our life to us
Our fantasy
Wife to us
When we live love
We define love
With what we do
Not what we say
When we dream love
We imagine love
We manufacture love
But love flows into a river of doubt
And straightens all of that nonsense out
Love enters into a pouring rain
And leaves us dry, and our muse remains
Love lives not only in dreams
But love lives in our hearts
And rivers and streams
And love lives not only in how we feel
It also lives in our spirit, and in the world of real.
