Love Expiration Date
I knew our love was passed it's expiration date
But I still ate what you put on a plate
Now I'm left with stomach ache
I shouldn't have ate, the leftovers after our love reached it's expiration date
A dream gone wrong forces you to wake up
Some things should be left broken and aren't meant to be made up
But for some reason our hearts will tell us different
Our hearts will force us to try and sort things out with the person we're missing
Relationships go wrong, but that's just how it's supposed to be
There was a time limit on how long you were meant to be close to me
We all have weak moments and can't always be strong
I knew we shouldn't, but I couldn't think about anything logically when you stripped to your thong
We slept together again after we split, maybe it was meant to happen
But we just don't work together, so let's call that our last night of passion
Sometimes we eat off the plate even after our love has passed it's expiration date
That was our last meal together, and our final Goodbye babe
I knew our love was passed it's expiration date
But I still ate what you put on a plate
Now I'm left with stomach ache
I shouldn't have ate, the leftovers after our love reached it's expiration date
