U2 wrote a song called Love is blindness. This gave me the idea to write love and grace from a different perspective
Love Everlasting
Your love is everlasting
sometimes I'm too blind to see
that you love me
eternally
how can I not see
the abundance of love
and your grace that falls
upon me
I'm on my knees in repentance
help me to surrender all
I call on your name and you surround me
on my darkest day of all
You opened my heart
allowed my soul to see
that your love rains down
rains down on me
Oh Lord, let your grace rain down
let your grace wash away the frown
from my face, now I see the holy crown
of our mighty king
I'm on my knees in repentance
help me to surrender all
I call on your name and you astound me
as your grace abounds in me.
