Love Ever Fleating

Love is like the waves of the sea: yet fleating but still crested in my memory
I stand on the shore of loniness: alone
hoping and waiting for loves sweet reture
Like a captain of a ship, I watch from the bough and yet still I wonder; why love
hasn't found me by now.
So alone I stand on life's shifting sands
Longing and waiting for someone to hold my hand
The one that was meant for me in the Master's Plan

Thanks for sharing this... exposing your thoughts through your unique poetic style. Meanwhile, I greet you with the love of the Lord, expressed by John 3:16 of the Bible, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." Be blessed.
