Love Doesn't Love Me

Love doesn’t love me
Love is not in my favor
Love says let’s send her good ones
But just wait
Let her fall in love
And then make her ache
He isn’t the one
But yes, he is, he could be
That’s what I want her to think
Feel it
Until it’s consuming
Until it’s full and blooming
But you…
You, Love, will take it away
And make it dissipate
I hate you for it
Almost as much as I hate myself
For believing in you
