Love Between a King and His Queen
Baby I will keep you close to my heart today
As I make my way through another day
I pray for our love to climb to new heights
Our dreams come to life night after night
When we wake to see and feel
Our love that burns so bright
A life that is filled with so much promise
One that is homemade designed to astonish
A love between a king and his queen
For I do not believe the world has ever seen
Amazing love that is forever filling
One that springs above all things
That promises to be all that we can dream
This is what we can expect the good lord sings
As he shines his love so bright
When our hearts overexcite hi like a kite
As we take this walk to be closer to God
Might we keep sight of what keeps us upright
So that it will be easy to ignite
All this love that invites our souls out to play
When we believe in our Lord and savior
Who makes everything possible we see
Want our love to grow up to be
All the pieces of our dream
That start to fall right in line
The night is young and you're so fine
I think I will keep you as all mine
You brighten our path so we might see new life
Won't you promise to become my wife?
Nothing has ever felt this right
Let's ride this wave out of sight
When our love grows wings and takes flight
We both know how love is supposed to flow
even if we have to go slow
I will love you like there is no tomorrow
