Love At First Sight

On this warm, rainy day Three baby puppies did arrive, Though I did not know Who gave birth ….and who was the father? All you could see was A ball of fluff Each nestled close Side-by-side Next to their mother. To my surprise I found out Who was the father …Bentley! But who was the mother? I have yet to find out. So soft and cuddly to hold, That you wouldn’t want to let go Of their innate ability to mold To your loving attention. Each will develop And acquire special qualities Unlike their other siblings, But will have distinctive markings Unto themselves, Each will become “one-of-a-kind”, And truly unique! However, Love will remain constant As the bond grows, Between mother and child, As well as Bentley and Missy Caring for their female Pomeranians, An everlasting love!
