Love Always Wins

Surrendering innocence; lust acquiesces to sin. And fuels fledgling feelings; convinced love will always win. You revel in the pleasures inflated egos conceive. Yet, wooed by convincing lies: you find emotions deceive. And it hurts to play the dunce; watching your dreams fall apart. But it is not the first time sadness has broken your heart. Somewhere between frowns and smiles, there's a place where doubts take shape. And they can drive you to tears; seeking a means of escape. Praying for help from above, you admit you've made mistakes. And yet, you still long for love, as suddenly, Hope awakes.

Beautifully written with an explicit craft shown as obvious as the scorching sun. Great piece, a wonderful share and a blessed read.
