Love

Love turns the world around.
That's just as well.
If we believe the media, 
we are all going to hell.

So much war and hatred
is what we see portrayed.
Not the joyous affection
given every day.

Without love we are lost
our souls forever damned.
That is not the normal case
'tween a woman and a man.

Love turns the world around.
A joy to behold.
Love will overcome someday
and save all our souls.
