Love

What is love?
But a kiss more intense than the rest?
   Lust mistaken for fastened heartbeats?
How could you truly ever know?
If when my eyes meets yours the feelings is mutual?
      I fear being hurt.
      I fear being real?
      But someone please educate me
I'll be the student you be the professor
I'd pay a millions dollars if someone could just explain
Break down the philosophies of this mysteries 4 letter word
Help me understand why the cycle continues
               Love is powerful
                     yet
Clinically provened to be deathly and sudicidal
Love can be a knee weaking experience
                   Yet a spine chilling disaster
                       People drown themselves
Just to recover from it's affects.
                             What is love?
But a kiss more intense than the rest?
   Lust mistaken for fastened heartbeats?
How could you truly ever know?
How can I be absolutely sure that it's worth what i'd be giving up?
                     Security?
                      A life of bitter lonliness?
                        Someone please educate me
                            What is love?
