Lost Verses

Lost verses here
Choke a brief cheer


Here as I sit
Watch iPad wit


Lines in verse strokes
Mix myriad pokes


Here for a while
Watch wind blown smiles


Words in brief dress
Hook thoughts from mess


Here in a daze
Words ponder maze


Ideas now breeze 
Provoke to squeeze


Here by the gap 
Wait on word map


Rhymes in stray chimes
Stretch juice in time


Here flash most brief
Prompt poignant grief


A stray intent
Brings odd content


Here words now trip
As fancy grips


Lost verses float
Away to gloat


Here I find me
Lost yet happy


Lost verses fit
Such hollow wit
