Lost to love

I lost hope in losing hope.
I gave up on giving up.
Faith moves mountains, my little faith formed one.
Tomorrow is only a better day, yet today is my best day.

The price I pay for not inking my note book is a heart that sinks and ceases to exist.
The pain in these pages is sweet.
I never complete a piece,
All these lines are broken.

Barely off the start, I live to understand the pain of not belonging.
The day I put out my heart to love was the day I lost it and got a metallic heart.
Change is inevitable, yet my feelings never change.
I can't love enough to show love.
And yet I still love to love.

I lost hope in losing hope.
I gave up on giving up.
Faith moves mountains, my little faith formed one.
Tomorrow is only a better day, but today is my best day.
