Lost Star

Do you not hear my heart felt cries?
The gentle wind
                underneath the moonlight sky

Do you not sense my fears and doubts?
Where the clouds
are drifting to its where abouts

Do you not taste my tears that stream?
Wanting that nice weather to redeem

Do you not feel my jagged scars?
Beneath the thousand twinkling stars

Too far to ease my quiet fright
It's lost among the stars this night
