Lost September
September years are past our bloom
For lost upon the grey forlorn
In misty dreams I hear your voice
My hands I raise to touch your grace
Dissolve in tears my life erase
Mistakes I made amend your fate
To live Septembers’ Autumn glow
And heal our heart of lost desires
As winters chill begins its reach
Remember loves past still to keep
