Lost Love
Past Loves
What loves in time
When I tried to make you mine
Did I miss what you said
And I didn’t know love was bred
Whispered so close to me
What I didn’t see
When I walked away
Leaving the things I didn’t say
Time now brings back the tears
Shed for me in those past years
What would have become
Of a past love not began.
