Lost Love

You brought me sunshine,
When I only saw rain.
You brought me laughter,
When I only felt pain.

You took away my smile,
When I was far so mile.
You took away the dreams of night,
When I was happy for a might.

You healed my pain,
When I was sad in the burning rain.
I love you to the extreme,
But you just ended up being my dream.

You took away my life,
I won't love anyone again.
I won't ever call you mine,
You took away me from myself.

And I can't really help,
But say that it's love lost again.
You would seek love's piece,
And its most relieving pleasure.
