Lost In the Stars

lost in the stars
by americus

In a world full of constellations there's you just and me
The sun and the trees they just let us be.
In a world full of constellations there are so many stars
We just lay here, like we’re chasing cars

In a world full of constellations i found my sun
When the day met the night and the world had begun
The moon was lost, alone in the dark
When the sun said hi, the moon found the spark

In a world full of constellations days can grow long
Sometimes we wonder if we even belong
Pluto projects its heart onto the world
And neptune finds its heart in its socket, twirled

In a world full of constellations i was brought here alone
But with you i am at home
