Lost In the Darkness

As I fell to the ground
My heart fluttered and began to pound
Thinking of my legs being bound

What has happened to me
Why are my legs not functioning
Where are we
It is to dark to see

My boyfriend says he doesn’t know
But he’ll grab me and drag me pull and tow
He promises to me he’ll never let go

He tells me he knows a way
To make it through until the day
Leaving me in complete dismay

Wondering what his actions will bring
He finds a cave next to a spring
My heart felt as if it could sing

We waited there for the sun to rise
When it came my legs untied
Drifting into each others eyes
The evil darkness we had defied

This is a decent submission with some good descriptiveness and appropriate rhyming. I enjoyed reading this.
