Lost In the Currents of Time
I am not loved
These feelings inside me are slowly drained away into the river of time
In the brief moments in which my heart creates them, they burned like magic fire
I watch them ebb and rise, swirling, pulled away into the currents
Pulled from my heart, carried off in endless reams
So many of them, burning webs of emotion
These endless dreams, like ribbons of light breaking away from my soul
Torn away from my heart, burning flame, love, desire
Now extinguished, lost in the great expanse of eternity, never used
They are in the darkness now
A great sea of emotion deep and never ending
How many dreams burned away, countless, lost and unfelt
My tears fall silently into this great expanse, mingling
They are all for you
