Lost Hope
I said I would never lose hope,
Wrote a song about it...
But lately that’s the only thing
I seem to lose and find over,
and over and over again...
I seemed to notice the color of your eyes...
But never that you weren’t interested...
I noticed your nervous habit,
how your hair flies in every direction
when you run...
I seemed to be overwhelmed with happiness
that you noticed me, but soon lost hope
when you didn’t speak to me...
