Lost Girl

I havent written about him since the day i said goodbye. When i reattached his shadow so he could fly across the sky. I hadn't spoken a word to anyone I knew . Afraid of what People would think if I spoke my truth. He took me to a place where we'd been trapped in time. He told me of his lost boys and the lives they left behind. He taught me about fairies and a mermaids deadly kiss. He told me to stay quiet with his finger pressed against my lips. A man came from the bushes with a hook under his sleeve. He took kids from Never land, trapping them beneath the sea. Peter pan had told me that I need not be afraid. That everything would be alright come sunrise the next day.
