Lost Earth
You sing a hollow song
that reeks of putrid drain
you retch and twist
and I can't for once blame.
You are made of sundried tears
sunken eyes
and you are broken in many ways
The sky stays blue
but is porous with piercing rays
the ocean is wild and wails like
a madman almost every day.
We have torn her apart really...
into a million shreds that can never be pieced.
