Lost Diamonds In the Night
Did the magic fade?
Was it ever here to stay or did it simply slip away?
The dreams we had before
Were truly mine and yours
But this is now what you have to say?
The nights under moonlit skies where we laughed till we cried
We felt so alive, lost diamonds in the night, we thought our shine could never fade
I loved you before, I loved you from when I first saw you look my way
I love you right now, I'll love you with all I am and forever I'll love you this way
The magic in my life?
The memories of all those times, your laughter fills my mind even on the darkest day.
As I hold your hands so tight I see that the magic's here tonight
I see it in your eyes and there...that beautiful smile
That’s the magic in my life and it will never go away.
