Lost and Wondering
Lost and wondering in the night
over dreams that never come
your so close yet so far away.
I reach out for you and I call out and
say " please stay!"
As you turn and walk away.
You call to me but you are to far for me
to hear the sound of tears in your heart
as it breaks in two.
Lost and wondering in the dark for some
light to shine so bright that I might see
the other side into a place that I once
knew!
