Lost
Goodbye my love, goodbye
On soft angel wings you float by.
You're hidden thought a lonely cry
Your love, a moonlit starry sky.
My heart breaks, grief awakes
Your place with God, no mistake.
Faithfully you gave and grew
To be with you a dream anew.
I run to you, your touch secure
Your arms embrace, your heart endures.
I need you now to comfort me,
Heart of stone, lost I will always be.
