Lost
Lost in my own mind,nowhere to run
Try to do better but get knocked down
The feeling of letting everyone down including yourself.
Lost in your own head trying to find a way out
You feel like a Lost cause without anyone there
In a box trapped until you break down, tears stream down
Your face no trace of hope or of peace
