Losses And Gains

Good old ageing inevitably involves loss Affecting our faculties Varied for each individual Different losses ,different degrees Frustrating and difficult it is A struggle at times to say the least Adjusting and learning to cope with “Life’s old age beast” Along with losses there are personal gains We individually accrue The greatest blessing age has gifted me Is absolute appreciation and gratitude!
