Loss For Words

what do you to say
to someone
when
it seems like everything
you say
makes them mad?

so I tried
to walk
away
even though
it hurts so much inside
to.

I wanted to show
you
that i care
but maybe
you don't want me
to care
because maybe
you really don't care
about me
anymore.

you practically
pushed
me out the door
with your words
and how
you won't even look
at me
when
I'm trying
to talk to you.

so I left,
feeling worse
than when
I started...
