Loretta Lockhorn Kisses the Floor

Leroy’s drinking his wife does hurt
Likewise, how he chases every skirt

His earning power isn’t very great
A fact that Loretta often does berate

And it comes as no surprise
Her cooking he does criticize

At shopping she’s no expert
The family budget does hurt

One day she fainted dead away
Because of what leroy did say

He, puzzled, scratched his head
“I was wrong” is all that I said

Elton Camp February 17, 2013 at 9:30 AM My father lived to be 95 and had more faults than a dog has fleas, but only ONE time did he ever say he was wrong about anything and even then did it in a way that it was more an attack on me than admitting his wrongdoing. I try hard not to emulate his bad example. Elton
