Lord I Need You
Lord, I need you so much just to hear your voice or even feel your tender touch I
cannot see myself without.
My whole world would be sad and blue I wouldn't know what to do I wouldn't have any
clue.
I need your guidance right now this day I want to feel you, seek you and be near you.
I am in distress and I am losing my direction, my energy is draining and my focus is
shifting in the opposite direction.
I have been fighting to keep afloat I know that this journey wasn't going to be easy and
it wasn't going to be breezy.
Heavenly father I call out to you for help in my time of need the devil is on my back and
he is trying to take me out.
With just one touch I won't be able to scream and shout he knows what I am all about I
know that I will go through many trials and tribulations.
The storms may be rocky and the road is going to be rough I must stand my ground and
be tough.
I know that you have already done enough for me you have been my guide and my
navigator.
My healer and my elevator I am fearful and scared of what lies ahead but I know that
with you.
I will never walk alone I have lost my way I am fighting just to make it through the day.
Trying to keep from drowning I am losing my touch and I am frowning.
My mind is slipping and I am losing sanity I need you Lord to keep my floating.
I am fighting more than the flesh its the evil spirits in them that is trying to pull me
down.
I am draining quickly and I am screaming for help on the inside while I try to hold up on
the outside.
Lord I ask that you stay with me please don't leave me for I am crying out and I am in
need of restoration.
Lift me up with your unconditional love and wash in your blood for you have risen for my
sake.
I ask for forgiveness for all the things I have done in the past, present and future.
I know that I am a work in progress and I am working on being a better person.
I am in need of a transformation and a new atomshpere.
I am seeking you and you I put first in my life, I know that I must have faith and put all
my trust in you.
I love you Lord I know you have a purpose for me I want to be all that I can be all that
you have called me to be.
Shower down your foundation and clean me up for I need you every second, every
minute and every hour.
Of everyday Lord I am asking for you to stay with me
