LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY WORKS’ ACCEPTER Lord God, You are my works’ Accepter as You consider my sacrifice Thank You for Your hope and grace that suffice Always constraining my love which for You gratefully testifies Along my desire for Your wisdom that Your perfection glorifies. Lord God, You are my works’ Accepter as You enlighten my understanding Thank You for Your greatness in life-building Always causing my submission of humble bending Along my cry for Your timely responding. Lord God, You are my works’ Accepter as You examine my reputation Thank You for Your ruling authority’s function Always safeguarding my testimony by Your protection Along my integrity upon Your fortification. Lord God, You are my works’ Accepter as You reprove my foolishness Thank You for Your merciful graciousness Always freeing my struggles against deceitfulness Along my fight for truthfulness’ steadfastness. Lord God, You are my works’ Accepter as You observe my commitment Thank You for Your knowledge that grants me Scriptural achievement Always strengthening my faith for character-refinement Along my cheerfulness toward contentment. Lord God, You are my works’ Accepter as You remember my frailty Thank You for Your light of standard quality Always building up my godly confidence in Your stability Along my voice of plea for Your pity. Lord God, You are my works’ Accepter as You regard my mourning Thank You for Your spirit of revival-burning Always rebuking my vanity by Your heavenly fastening Along my duty to combat sinning.
