June 24, 2023 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on Proverbs 9-12
Key Verse – Proverbs 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.
LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY WISDOM SOURCE
Lord God, You are my wisdom Source Who illumines my mind biblically
Thank You for correcting me of my foolishness lovingly
So I can increase in Your teachings consistently
With Your knowledge that grants me understanding pleasantly.
Lord God, You are my wisdom Source Who lightens my heaviness
Thank You for making me profit in Your righteousness
So I can progress well by Your goodness
With Your instruction that warns me against haughtiness.
Lord God, You are my wisdom Source Who knows my frailty
Thank You for enriching me with Your blessings’ bounty
So I can abide in Your compassionate sovereignty
With Your holiness that helps me overcome iniquity.
Lord God, You are my wisdom Source Who inspires my spiritual delight
Thank You for smiting me of my pride’s height
So I can profit in Your counsel’s might
With Your truth that upholds me midst Your gracious sight.
Lord God, You are my wisdom Source Who satisfies my soul
Thank You for propelling me to pursue heavenly goal
So I can flourish in Your entrusted ministry-role
With Your inheritance that recompences me fully whole.
Lord God, You are my wisdom Source Who braces my character-building
Thank You for directing me to serve with my best by Your guiding
So I can please You as I pray along Your upholding
With Your joy that props me; against trials, I keep on standing.
Lord God, You are my wisdom Source Who anchors my humble confidence
Thank You for strengthening me by Your providence
So I can exalt Your name upon Your truth’s evidence
With Your favour that accompanies me along Your prudence.
