Lord God, You Are My Victorious Fighter

May 27 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on Psalms 35-37 Key Verse – Psalm 35:1 Plead my cause, O LORD, with them that strive with me: fight against them that fight against me. LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY VICTORIOUS FIGHTER Lord God, You are my victorious Fighter, leading me to stand Thank You for enabling me to comply to Your holiness-demand Letting my soul seek after Your command… Loving You, I enjoy Your eternal salvation so grand. Lord God, You are my victorious Fighter, lifting me up to Your deliverance Thank You for strengthening me with Your Scriptures’ assurance Letting my heart humble before You against pride’s appearance… Listening to You, I praise Your name of majestic endurance. Lord God, You are my victorious Fighter, leaving me not to sinfulness Thank You for clothing me with Your justification’s righteousness Letting my faith increase to walk along paths of holiness… Learning from You, I prosper in Your graciousness. Lord God, You are my victorious Fighter, liberating me from iniquities Thank You for reaching down to me, meeting me in my entreaties Letting my repentance claim Your forgiveness for my sin-infirmities… Longing for You, I cling to Your sanctification against impurities. Lord God, You are my victorious Fighter, linking me to Your contentment Thank You for blessing me along Your heavenly fulfillment Letting my devotion become more fervent with genuine commitment… Looking unto You, I rest in Your upholding settlement. Lord God, You are my victorious Fighter, lighting me by Your truth that’s bright Thank You for instructing me to do what is proper and right Letting my testimony show bliss of prayer-flight… Leaning on You, I exalt Your goodness of wondrous delight. Lord God, You are my victorious Fighter, listing me to grow by Your wisdom Thank You for bestowing to me Your peaceful freedom Letting my steps follow You while serving in Your kingdom… Living for You, I meditate Your Word to understand divine martyrdom.
