Lord God, You Are My True Vine

October 10 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on John 15-16 Key Verse – John 15:1 I (Jesus Christ) am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman.
LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY TRUE VINE Lord God, You are my true Vine in my fruit bearing Thank You for Your Word’s stirring For me to abide in Your nurturing Because You love me with Your continual caring. Lord God, You are my true Vine in my garden of joyfulness Thank You for Your commandments’ purposefulness For me to delight in Your graciousness Because You keep me in Your goodness. Lord God, You are my true Vine in my orchard of wisdom-domain Thank You for Your knowledge along Your doctrinal terrain For me to testify of Your precepts, offering understanding gain Because You propel me to testify about Your blessings’ reign. Lord God, You are my true Vine in my service yard Thank You for Your help to enable me as Your steward For me to stay in Your compassionate safeguard Because You reprove me of slothfulness against diligence-forward. Lord God, You are my true Vine in my landmark of ministry involvement Thank You for Your truth’s admonishing encouragement For me to glorify Your name with Your empowerment Because You lead me Your way toward divine fulfillment. Lord God, You are my true Vine in my pasture of discipleship Thank You for Your inspiration around Your fellowship For me to rejoice in Your offered friendship Because You grant me what I need with Your partnership. Lord God, You are my true Vine in my terrace of prayer-fervency Thank You for Your strength that increases my faith’s persistency For me to come to Your throne of clemency Because You enclose me with Your peace-constancy.
