LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY SOURCE OF GRACE

December 12 Relationship to God Bible Meditations Based on James 3-5 Key Verse– James 4:6 But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. LORD GOD, YOU ARE MY SOURCE OF GRACE Lord God, You are my Source of grace, indeed building me for upon Your foundation Thank You for Your governance of divine direction Here am I repenting for my boasting and insubordination I need Your taming toward my virtuous disposition. Lord God, You are my Source of grace, indeed protecting me against bitter cursing Thank You for Your wisdom for my spiritual blessing Here am I subduing envy and strife so oppressing I need Your instruction toward my faith that’s well-pleasing. Lord God, You are my Source of grace, indeed fighting for me with Your holiness Thank You for Your friendship, smiting enmity of worldliness Here am I submitting to Your truth’s steadfastness I need Your sanctification toward walk of righteousness. Lord God, You are my Source of grace, indeed humbling me by Your meekness-uplifting Thank You for Your compassion with kindness-besetting Here am I resisting tendency to be complaining and fretting I need Your forgiveness toward rejoicing after sin-confessing and admitting. Lord God, You are my Source of grace, indeed enriching me despite crises-misery Thank You for Your gift of salvation, rescuing me from hell’s fury Here am I living to honour You while exalting Your name’s glory I need Your patience toward triumph against worry. Lord God, You are my Source of grace, indeed upholding my commitment Thank You for Your love that braces me against selfishness’ entrapment Here am I continuing because of Your empowerment I need Your favour toward fruit-bearing in my ministry-engagement. Lord God, You are my Source of grace, indeed establishing me in Your fellowship Thank You for Your leadership gearing my followership Here am I enjoying Your entrusted stewardship midst praise-filled worship I need Your partnership toward productive discipleship.
